Tank, known in Japan Taka, is a friend of Yusei Fudo. He along with Nervin and Blitz hang out in Yusei's underground base.

Later he along with Nervin and Blitz are provoked into a fight by Uryu and his gang.

Taka later helped carry Yusei's battered and broken D-wheel to Martha's house catching a cold in the process.

Rally told Yusei that Taka was sacrificed to an earthbound god.
