The purse snatcher is a character in Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's. He has a number of criminal markings on his face.
Biography
Outside the R.A. Market, he sped past an old lady on his Duel Runner, snatching her shopping cart full of Oshiruko Noodles in the process. However, Lazar fired a rope at him, locking it around his wrist and pulled him off the Duel Runner. Lazar proceeded to steal the Oshiruko Noodles.[1]
