Crow is a mysterious new character in the series who apparently for some reason has stolen a deck that was confiscated by the City’s police department. Because of that action, he eventually ends up getting chased while riding his Duel Runner. In order to hunt him down, Security activates the riding duel system and engages on a Turbo Duel. To fight back, Crow begins using a new type of unknown monsters known as Black-Feather.
