World Championship 2008
Vennominaga the Deity of Poisonous Snakes appears as a stone monument opponent in the Darkness Duel World, challenging the player to win a duel against Vennominaga using her card's automatic victory condition. Succeeding at doing so unlocks Professor Thelonious Viper as an opponent in World Championship Mode.
World Championship 2009
Vennominaga appears as an opponent in World Championship Mode, both as a Single Duel opponent and as a Tag Duel opponent partnered with Cosmic Fortress Gol'gar to form the Cross Counter Tag Team.
Unlocking her as a Single Duel opponent needs the player to summon her card during a duel, while the Tag Duel opponent is unlocked by winning a duel through Vennominaga's effect.
World Championship 2010
Vennominaga appears as a Single Duel opponent, available since the beginning of the game.
