Zora is an elderly woman who runs the Poppo Time clock shop in Neo Domino City. She is the landlady of the apartment adjacent to the shop, in which Yusei Fudo, Jack Atlas and Crow Hogan live in. She is an old friend of Martha, and Zora mentions that she only lets the three of them live there because of their foster mother.
