• This card is shown being used by the KC Dueltek 760 in its duel against an unknown boy. After the Dueltek used "DNA Surgery" to turn all monsters on the field into Dragon-type monsters, it used this card to fuse "Battle Ox" with the four "Sheep Tokens" created with "Scapegoat" so that it could Fusion Summon "Five-Headed Dragon".

• When Joey Wheeler duels Zigfried von Schroeder, Joey's copy is seen in his hand in episodes 188 and 190.

• When Rebecca Hawkins duels Leon von Schroeder, Rebecca's copy can be seen in her opening hand in episode 192.

• When Yami Yugi duels Vivian Wong, Yami Yugi's copy is used in episode 193 to fuse Dark Magician and Buster Blader so that he could create Dark Paladin.

• In episode 2, Jaden plays this card against Chazz Princeton. He fuses "Avian" with "Burstinatrix" to Fusion Summon "Flame Wingman". Chazz activates his face-down "Chthonian Polymer", Tributing "Reborn Zombie" to take control of "Flame Wingman".

• In episode 3, Alexis Rhodes plays this card against Jaden. She fuses "Etoile Cyber" with "Blade Skater" to Fusion Summon "Cyber Blader".

• In episode 5, Jaden plays this card during his duel against Titan. Jaden fuses "Elemental HERO Sparkman" with "Elemental HERO Clayman" to Fusion Summon "Elemental HERO Thunder Giant". In the next episode, Jaden plays another copy, fusing his "Avian" with "Burstinatrix" to Fusion Summon "Flame Wingman".

In the next episode, he plays it, fusing "Burstinatrix" with "Avian" to Fusion Summon "Flame Wingman". Jaden later plays "Double Spell", discarding a card to use Dimitri's "Polymerization", Fusion Summoning "Flame Wingman" once more.

• In episode 20, Jaden plays this card against Blair Flannigan. He fuses "Avian" with "Burstinatrix" to Fusion Summon "Flame Wingman".

• In episode 21, Jaden attempts to play this card against Bastion Misawa to fuse "Avian", "Bubbleman" and "Sparkman" into "Tempest". However, Bastion activates "Cursed Seal of the Forbidden Spell", discarding "Double Spell" to negate "Polymerization" and prevent Jaden from activating any other copies during the Duel. This prevented Jaden from summoning any Fusion Monsters for the remainder of the duel, but despite this Jaden still managed to win the duel in the next episode.

• In episode 23, both Jaden and Belowski play this card. Jaden fuses "Avian" and "Burstinatrix" to Fusion Summon "Flame Wingman", while Belowski fuses three "Mokey Mokeys" to Fusion Summon "Mokey Mokey King".
