After the Dueltek used "DNA Surgery" to turn all monsters on the field into Dragon-type monsters, it used this card to fuse "Battle Ox" with the four "Sheep Tokens" created with "Scapegoat", so that it could Fusion Summon "Five-Headed Dragon".

- In episode 21, Jaden attempts to play this card against Bastion Misawa to fuse "Avian", "Bubbleman" and "Sparkman" into "Tempest". However, Bastion activates "Cursed Seal of the Forbidden Spell", discarding "Double Spell" to negate "Polymerization" and prevent Jaden from activating any other copies during the Duel. This prevented Jaden from summoning any Fusion Monsters for the remainder of the duel, but despite this Jaden still managed to win the duel in the next episode. In the former mentioned episode, this card can be shown when Jaden is shown rebuilding his Deck.

- In episode 143, Zane plays this card against Chaos Sorcerer. He fuses his three "Cyber Dragons" to Fusion Summon "Cyber End Dragon".
- In episode 146, Jaden draws this card against both Zane and Guardian Baou. However, he finds himself unable to play it due to the psychological effects his actions as The Supreme King caused him. In the next episode, Bastion and Tania tell him in order to win the duel he must use this card. Jaden is still unwilling to do so due to the dark memories of the Supreme King, however he decides to use this card for an alternative strategy that will win him the duel. He then discards this card to activate "Revoke Fusion". He then uses that card to send "Elemental Hero Wildedge" to the Graveyard and Special Summon "Bladedge" from his hand. In the same episode, Zane uses this card during his duel against a Yubel-possessed Jesse Anderson. He uses this card to fuse the two "Cyber Dragons" in his hand to Fusion Summon "Cyber Twin Dragon".
- In episode 151, Jaden plays this card against Yubel while the later is possessing Jesse. Although the dark memories try to haunt Jaden again, he remembers Zane's duel with the Yubel-possessed Jesse and he gave it his all with his Fusion Monsters and the cards that were used to summon them. This is enough for Jaden to conquer the mental block that prevents him from playing this card and activate this card. He uses it to fuses "Avian" with "Bursinatrix" to Fusion Summon "Flame Wingman".
- In episode 153, Jaden plays this card against Yubel. He fuses "Avian" with "Burstinatrix" to Fusion Summon "Flame Wingman". In the next episode, he plays another copy, fusing "Elemental Hero Neos" with "Elemental HERO Prisma" treated as "Rainbow Dragon" to Fusion Summon "Rainbow Neos".
Season 4
- In episode 157, Jaden plays this card against Trueman. He fuses "Avian" with "Bubbleman" to Fusion Summon "Mariner".
- In episode 158, Jaden and Trueman play this card. Jaden fuses "Clayman" with "Bubbleman" to Fusion Summon "Mudballman", while Trueman fuses "Meteor Dragon" with "King of the Swamp"(who acted as the substitute for "Red-Eyes B. Dragon" via its effect) to Fusion Summon "Meteor B. Dragon".
- In episode 161, Chancellor Sheppard and Jaden play this card during their Pair Tag Duel against each other. Sheppard fuses two "Cyber Ogres" to Fusion Summon "Cyber Ogre 2", while Jaden fuses "Sparkman" with "Necroshade" to Fusion Summon "Darkbright".
- In episode 163, Zane sends this card, "Cyberdark Edge", "Cyberdark Horn", "Card from a Different Dimension", "Different Dimension Capsule" and "Power Bond" from his Deck to the Graveyard via the effect of "Power Wall" to negate the attack of Makoto Inotsume's "Jinzo - Returner".
- In episode 164, Syrus removes this card "Cyberdark Edge", "Cyberdark Horn", "Cyberdark Keel" and "Mystical Space Typhoon" from his Deck from play to activate "Remove Bomb", dealing 900 damage to Makoto Inotsume.

- In episode 170, this card can be seen in Jaden's hand during his duel against Sartorius. In the next episode, he discards it and "Sparkman" to activate "Transcendent Wings" in order to Tribute "Winged Kuriboh" and Summon "Winged Kuriboh LV10".
- In episode 172, Jaden plays this card against Jesse while the former was seeing the latter as Trueman due to darkness affecting Jaden's mind. He fuses "Avian", "Bubbleman" and "Sparkman" to Fusion Summon "Tempest". After "Rainbow Dragon" destroys "Tempest", this card is shown flying out of Jaden's Graveyard due to the attack's force. This in turn purifies this card of the darkness that infected it(the darkness that infected this card came from "Arcana Force 0 - The Fool") and removes the dark spell Jaden was under. Jaden then sees that he was dueling Jesse and as such, the duel ends with no result.
- In episode 175, Jaden plays this card in his Triangle Duel with Jesse and Yusuke Fujiwara. He fuses "Avian" with "Burstinatrix" to Fusion Summon "Flame Wingman". In the next episode, he plays another copy, fusing "Neos" with "Name of a Friend" (who is treated as "Rainbow Dragon" via its effect) to Fusion Summon "Rainbow Neos".
- In episode 178, Jaden uses this card in his Duel against Nightshroud. He discards this card to activate "Future Vision", allowing him to fuse his six "Neo-Spacians" with "Neos" to Fusion Summon "Elemental HERO Divine Neos".
- In episode 179, Jaden plays this card in his Duel against Yugi. He fuses "Avian" with "Burstinatrix" to Fusion Summon "Flame Wingman". In the same episode, this card can be seen in a display case among other cards as part of a replica of Yugi's Deck.

- In chapter 21, Jaden plays this card against Seika Kohinata. He fuses "Ocean" with "Woodsman" to Fusion Summon "Terra Firma".
