"The Ties That Bind", titled "Strong Feelings!!" (強い気持ち！！ Tsuyoi Kimochi!!) in the Japanese version, is the 340th chapter of the Yu-Gi-Oh! manga. In its first English printing, it was numbered as the 62nd chapter of Yu-Gi-Oh! Millennium World. In the 3-in-1 edition, its number was changed to match the original Japanese printing.

Turn 5: Dark Yugi
Dark Yugi draws. Dark Yugi activates "Tricky's Magic 4", paying 1000 Life Points (Dark Yugi 4000 → 3000) and tributing "The Tricky" to Special Summon "Tricky Tokens" (Spellcaster-Type/WIND/Level 5/ATK 2000/DEF 1200) equal to the number of monsters Yugi controls (3). Dark Yugi tributes 3 "Tricky Tokens" to summon "The God of Obelisk". "Obelisk" attacks and destroys "Stronghold the Moving Fortress" (Yugi 3000 → 2000). Dark Yugi sets "Link Title".

Yugi draws. Yugi sets "Turn Jump" and "Crumbling Axe". Yugi Normal Summons "Silent Swordsman LV0" in Attack Position.
Turn 7: Dark Yugi
Dark Yugi draws. Dark Yugi summons "Big Shield Gardna" in Defense Position.
