The Machine Type represents various machineries, including (but not limited to) robots, automata, androids, vehicles, and general-purpose machines. Many appear to be classical humanoid robots (such as "[[Machine King]]"), while some are completely life-like (such as "[[Amazement Assistant Delia]]"), and others yet are very geometric (such as "[[Shreddder]]"). Machines may also resemble non-human living beings, such as many members of the "[[Cyber]]" archetype being based on animals and creatures (mostly dragons). Machine (機（き）械（かい） Kikai) is a Type of Monster. It debuted in Vol.2 in OCG, Legend of Blue Eyes White Dragon in the TCG, and Deck Mod Pack: Hyperspeed Rush Road!! in Rush Duel.
