The obese fangirl is an unnamed character, who is a student at Domino High School.
She is easily infatuated by pretty boys or ones with mysterious skills, such as Kokurano, Ryo Bakura and Duke Devlin.
She appears 3 times in the manga, once in the first series anime and once in the second series anime.
Biography
The False Prophet
The girl attends one of Kokurano's fortune telling sessions. Kokurano tells her that as long as she doesn't die, she will continue to live. Oblivious to the lack of any actual future beng told, bar the obvious, she is easily impressed and foolishly fond of him.
In the first series anime instead of how long will she live, she asks him how long will she be beautiful, oblivious to her appearence. Kokurano tells her that it will be that way till she dies, which makes her happy. Although it is obvious that it isn't a good prediction if she always looks this way.
Millennium Enemy
While, Yugi, Jonouchi, Anzu and Honda are speaking with Ryo Bakura, who has just transfered to Domino High, the obese fangirl and three other girls approach them and tell Jonouchi to quit hogging Bakura. The four of them pull Bakura away and give him a tour of the school. She starts to squeal when Mr. Karita tells Bakura off and asks if he's alright after Karita leaves.
Dungeon Dice Monsters
When Duke Devlin (Ryuji Otogi) transfers to Domino High, she is once again easily infatuated and admires his dice tricks.
In the anime, she and two other girls dress up as cheerleaders to support Duke in his game of Duel Monsters with Joey (Jonouchi) and Dungeon Dice Monsters with Yugi.
